Signs of what has been.

Often we won't find termites in a home during an inspection, and that's good news. However, it's also important to look for damage or activity that has existed in the past. This could mean that there is existing damage to the property or can highlight a real vulnerability for the property that may allow termites to come and visit again!

Here are some examples:
